My plant arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please send a photo and a description of the damage within 24 hours to firstname.lastname@example.org or go to our Contact page. We do not cover orders that are delivered to PO Box. We will review the incident and determine if a refund is applicable.
When will my plants ship?
We ship plants on Mondays Wednesday and Friday (Sometimes Saturday). More information on our Shipping Page.
My plant looks a little different from the stock picture?
All the plants we sell are good quality. If your plant loose some leaves or looks wrinkle when it arrives, it is normal and will recover with proper care. If your plant's color is not as colorful as the stock photo, give it some morning sun. For more details go to our Succulent Care page.
What do you mean "Bare Roots"?
We use the term "bare roots" which implies plants do not come with any media like soil or moss to avoid any damage(s) during shipping. Most plants will have roots but a few might not have roots due to their current condition or importation.
Should I order a heat pack?
If your location expect temperatures to drop below freezing, we recommend a heat pack to ensure your plants arrive safely. Not included and can be purchase separately if available. Heat pack(s) are not refundable.
