-USPS Priority Mail --  $8.99 (USA Only)
-Orders $99 and over -- Free Shipping (Not available for wholesale orders)

Shipping Schedule
Usually ships on Monday or Tuesday but tentative.
Please allow 1-4 business days for order(s) to arrive.

Destinations
We only ship to the USA 
Location must be serviced by USPS.
Please ensure your address is correct when ordering.
We do not cover orders that are delivered to wrong address that was provided by the customer.

Disclaimer
(Please keep in mind when ordering if your location weather is around freezing temperatures. We suggest you to add a heat pack to your order or Allison Succulents will not be responsible for any plants that arrive damaged by weather or climate changes). We do not cover orders that are delivered to PO Box.

Local Pick Up
Customer(s) that are within or around Fresno County must pick up their order. If you are not sure, please contact us. For weekly pick up schedule, please read Before You Order. Please copy the code below for Local Pick Up only to avoid shipping fee.

Plant Packing
Plants will ship bare root with little to no soil unless listed. We use the term "bare roots" which implies plants may have roots or no roots. Most plants will have roots but a few might not have roots due to their current condition or importation. Details can be found under each listing.
When you open your box and notice there is an issue, please take a photo and contact us right away. 

Refunds
If your plant arrives damaged during regular delivery time instead of delay, please send a photo(s) and description of the damage within 24 hours to support@allisonsucculents.com, or use the contact us page. We will review your request to see whether a refund is applicable. We are not responsible for wrong address that is provided by the customer. Heat pack(s) and shipping fees are not refundable.

Delay/Damage/Lost Packages
If your order shipment is delayed, damaged, or lost, we will help our customer file a claim with the shipping vendor if requested.  Please keep all package(s) materials and damaged items for USPS to verified damaged. It is also important to take pictures for proof of damaged items.

Cancellations
If you change your mind after you order, you can cancel as long your order have not shipped yet. 

Returns
We do not accept returns and no exchange. All Sales Are Final.
